Step 1: Set Up Your Project
- Open Visual Studio and select “Create a new project”.
- Choose “ASP.NET Web Application(.NET Framework)” as the project type.
- Name your project and select a location to save it, then click “Create”.
- On the next screen, select “Empty” then check “MVC” under “Add folders and core references for”, and click “Create”.
Step 2: Install Bootstrap and jQuery

Step 4: Create a Controller and View
- In Solution Explorer, right-click on the “Controllers” folder, select “Add”, then “Controller”.
- Choose “MVC 5 Controller – Empty”, click “Add”, name it “HomeController” and click “OK”.
- In the newly created “HomeController”, add an “Index” action like this:

Step 5: Update the View
